Bytes of me on the web

Me and some old shit

Well, this is the hole that I have set up for myself to crawl into and unleash ramblings of one kind or another. My name is Cole Henley. By day I am a web developer at RCAHMS and by night I am father of Gethin, husband of Peta and part-time freelance web designer working under the moniker of TINY v.

Before a career in web design I completed a PhD in archaeology (I didn't spend 10 years at evil archaeology college to be called mister, thankyouverymuch) studying the Neolithic monuments and landscapes of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.  After a few jobs in archaeology (and several unsuccesful job applications) I decided to turn my hand to another passion of mine and am now enjoying designing and developing places on the web that are (hopefully) pleasing on the eye and embrace web standards and accessibility.

On the rare occasions that am not at my computer I enjoy listening to and playing music, following Man Utd, eating, smoking and drinking and occassional forrays into the wilds of Scotland.
